JCPenney Salon

I recently switched hair salons. I got so tired fooling around with that hair salon. Its a hit or miss if you can get Melanie. Melanie was the only girl I would let cut my hair because I had nothing for the rest of the girls in there. They were young, inexperienced and immature. They were just chopping heads. How many heads they can chop an hour or something. I went back to JCPenney and I've been back with her now for over a year. I really recommend the JCPenney Salon just for Amanda. I don't even know her last name. I just really like her. I've recommended her to several people. I have to make an appointment. Its not a walk-in and a head-chopper. You have to make an appointment in advance. I have natural curly hair and I have to keep it short and layered. It has to be cut a certain way and she's the only one that I have found around Dover that can actually or layer natural curly hair. The weather was bad, we had a snowstorm and Amanda had gone out of her way. I think she showed up a little early to be there for me. I thought that was really nice.I wish they were a little less expensive.
