the very disappointing job was to install LVP flooring kitchen floor has separated in several areas and half the trim is coming away from the wall other half is not there at all had them back to show them I was told that is the way it is supposed to be had an estimate from another installer said it was all cut wrong I am left with having to pay again!!!!

The quoted price was not a match to the final bill. For work completed. Should have offered me a detailed list/proposal before they started. Was given a verbal amount that was much lower than charged... partly my own responsibility, but the company should have been more forthcoming!

I had another company do an estimate for the same repairs and their estimated cost was definitely overpriced more than 3X of the work Steve & Steve quoted. I do have some experience with pricing and completing these types of repairs so I knew immediately they were price gouging the actual repair (only needed to repair less than 6 siding panels). They showed up in less than an hour, took less than 2 hours to complete the work and even did a few other small repairs that needed to be done. Very happy with the cost and the work.
