So we settled on Selbyville TV. The technician came out within just a few hours, went straight to his work and replaced the faulty part. Although they sounded less than professional over the phone (I could overhear them arguing with each other) - and the repairman appeared very unkempt and was not very friendly. But dispite this we are very pleased and satisfied in every other way and will not hesitate to call them should we have any future TV problem. We do recommend them for their ability to get the job done - and in a timely manner - and at a very fair price. What else do you need?
Description of Work: I called five TV Repair Service Companies when our Sony TV would come on but not stay on. Two were Sears TV repair: one of which wanted $99 for a service call (plus parts and labor); and the other wanted $219 for a service call (plus). I also called Hastings Electronics in Ocean View who was the closest at 15 miles away and their service charge was $125. And I called Del-Mor TV who was 20 miles away in Milford and their service charge was $100. While the owner/technician was very friendly, professional and sounded very knowledgeable, he was not able to come out for a few days. So we called Selbyville TV of Selbyville who was also 20 miles away and was asking only $65 for the service call.
