Serenity Group Contractor

The first round of small stuff was finished and done to the T and no complaints what so ever. This company clames to run by "DONATION" working something like this. You have them come in and estimate what it will take to do the job for you with parts included then they tell you what your estimated donation should be. With this donation they clame to then do work for people who can not afford home repairs and are in need of assistance. So with the first round over and with a resonable price we invited this company to come back and install a heat pump and do plumbing work in the bathroom. This is where we fell into trouble. Not only did we have to call them weekly to make sure the work was still in progress, we also had to pay up front for the parts.Not only to have the air unit installed by a person whom the contractor did not pay in full. The co contractor called asking for the remainder of the bill from us and after telling him we already paid the contractor with a reciept......the air conditioning unit was ripped off the side of the house at night. Serenity group also claims this co contractor borke into their homes to steal money. As for the bathroom all the work they did fell apart and flooded the master suite. I would not recomend this company to anyone who needed real work done in a timely manor other than small honey do lists. After all is said and done we have not heard from this company again and our real estate agent has since stopped using them too.
