These women are rather arrogant. I bought a beach umbrella for $145 and when I took it to the beach it collapsed on my son-in-law and his 7 month old baby. I tried to make the umbrella work several times, but it collapsed repeatedly. I took the umbrella back to the hardware store and showed them that it’s unstable and dangerous. They said they’ve never had that problem before and would mention to the sales representative the next time he came in. My wife, unsatisfied with that response went back to the store with the umbrella and wanted to return the umbrella with a refund. They told her that they simply don’t care. They said they were closing for the day and were not concerned with my wife’s concerns. They did grant the refund, but were rude and arrogant about the whole situation. I would not recommend patronizing this hardware store.
