Begged for two months to have them show up and do the job after initial contact. When they did, they sprayed the sealer on the garage doors, house and landscape rocks, and smeared it on the concrete garage door apron. At the end of the job, they spilled 5 gallons of the sealer in the street. They told us it would dry and be able to be driven on in 24 hours. It was not. Instead, we have tire marks in the driveway from wet sealer and sealer carried into the garage by the tires. The sealer has faded in three months to the point that it looks like it had never been done. There are still cracks in the blacktop 1/4"+ that were not filled, nor did they fill the crack at the garage door aprons. The driveway looks like h*** and I am embarrased by it. When I called the owner to make a complaint, he dismissed my concerns and told me "this is the way we do it". Well, they won't be doing it at my home ever again. I wish that I had never hired them! And at the H.O. Assn. meeting, Iwill do my best to make sure no one else does either.
