 + -1 moreThe overall visit was pleasant. The staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Most times there is not a long wait to see the doctor. Both doctors are very thorough and spend as much time with you as you need.

 + -1 moreThe office wait time was less than 15 minutes. The office staff is very capable and friendly. Doctor Simpson reveiwed all my information. We talked about starting on a medication that I was concerned about. She listened to all my questions and answered them fully. Dr. Simpson has a great bedside manner and she is very easy to talk to.
Description of Work: This visit was for a checkup and prescription renewals. I had a few concerns and as usual Dr. Simpson took her time and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: Drs. Simpson and Yeargon are great, as is the nurse practitioner. We never feel rushed. My only complaint is in making sick appts. You HAVE to call at 8am on the day you want an appointment. If you call the day before, you'll be told to call back the next morning. So, if you are sick, and thus need to sleep in, it's not going to happen.
