Technician was here same day I called (Saturday), evaluated problem gave me price and at my request did repair work on Monday. After repair was complete, area was left neat and clean. Service Mark/Horizon does a good job

"Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed], I left a message for you to review, again, our findings and next steps should you choose to take them. We believe, after putting a camera down the ducting and NOT seeing much, that you must have a closed damper blocking air flow AND that will lead to cutting open the drywall to get to the ducting and correct this situation. You indicated that you did not want to do this so we'll stand by in case you change your mind. There are other more expensive remedies that involve a separate HVAC unit be installed to provide heat and air conditioning to the problem area. We'll also stand by to review these types of options. It was winter and the furnace broke, so I wanted a new one quickly. ServiceMark installed the new furnace and A/C units 2 days after I made the purchase. The 2 installation guys were very professional, covering the carpet to keep off dirt during the installation and cleaning up any debris after the work was complete. They has a real job getting my old furnace removed because it was in a small room that had been built around the furnace. They had to remove the old furnace in pieces. There was one piece of molding that was cracked during the removal. They immediately told me about it. I didn't care. I could see it was pretty unavoidable. ServiceMark wasn't the absolute cheapest bid I got, but they were competitive and did a great job. I am happy with the purchase.

I called it in and about 35-40 minutes later they were at my home. It wasn't even a scheduled appointment and like a said they were here in 35-40 minutes. They surprised me.

I live in a condo and I can only use this provider. Because I live in a condo, people may have to access the roof and they are the only ones that is authorized to go on the roof. I am locked into something. I have had to use them before. I have been told by the condo management that that is the only one I can use. A previous electrician switched my wires. They came late in the day. I called and could not be here when they wanted to come so they came in the evening. It was a good price to get them fixed.

We actually called ServiceMark and we were very dissatisfied with them. The person came out and I was very dissatisfied with how he treated us and his responsiveness, and how he went about trying to solve this issue. So, I actually spoke to the manager of ServiceMark and I filled him in on everything. The solution was very simply. It was just the fact that when I asked him to go out and check the unit just to be safe, the first thing he said to me was, “well, you know you’ve already almost used up your initial visit amount!” I said, “What are you talking about? You’ve been here all of a minute and a half!” When I started complaining to him, he goes, “well, I’ll go out and take a look at the unit!” It was almost like he didn’t even want to bother doing anything. He wanted to come out and solve it quickly, it was really a flip of a switch. He solved the problem in a matter of minutes and then he didn’t want to give me anymore effort for the $80. It was pretty pathetic. The price was average.

We've dealt with them for a number of years, they've been good. They come within the time they stated. They are professional fella's. They are dependable, they come and they do what you ask, and if you have to call them back even, they come back, so they seem quite responsive. Worker's are friendly, and they leave things pretty much as they found them.

The sales person bent over backwards to insure everything needed for the conversion was in place, and it was. Very competitive pricing for the job. The installers were very meticulous in making sure the new gas manifold was run and secured above and beyond the "standard" way things are done. Fast and efficient, and made very little mess in the basement.
