Storage
On multiple occasions, the temperatures are too high or too low. We have also found evidence of pests - both insects and rodents. The most recent problem has been a break-in and theft from our unit. While the emergency contact was empathetic, all subsequent communications and contacts have been unsatisfactory. The site manager has never called to respond or inquire about the situation. The area manager spoke with us briefly and indicated they have no indication of anyone taking the items from the building.. Cooperation with the police has been minimal. Furthermore, Reybold has not repaired the damage to secure the unit or ensure adequate security.
