Dale and an assistant reacted quickly to our call, arriving in just a few hours, as promised.  They were very pleasant, professional, and clean.  
A DIFFERENT company had fixed the air conditioner incorrectly about a month earlier -- and took up a lot of our time with a high pressure sales pitch for an expensive service contract.  
Dale corrected their mistakes, charged us half as much and didn't make us listen to a sales pitch for a service contract.  My husband and I have decided to purchase a service contract with him, though, because this is the kind of person we want to deal with in the long run.

Dale was courteous from the estimate to the service day, providing me with an accurate and fair quote right away. He was prompt on the date of the repair and was very clean. The entire area around where he was working was swept clean and he put down drop cloths in the house to keep dirt/grime from tracking around. The repair went quickly and he was done that same day...and we had heat!!!

OVER A NUMBER OF YEARS I REQUIRED MAINTENANCE ON MY ORIGINAL HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING UNITS and WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET MY HEATER REPLACED I CHOSE RADIANT DESIGNS. HE SHOWED OVER THE YEARS THAT HE WAS ALWAYS RELIABLE and FAIRLY PRICED IN MY OPINION.
