+ -1 moreOur experance with NVR morgage was horrific, in the end we mad settlement but ther commincation between the underwriters are horrible, one hand dosnt talk to the other. and there are cirtian guidlines they have to follow, there standers are higher than the typical loan process. i would not recommend they only reasion why we used them is because this is the builders morgage compaine and ther were 10k in incentives. it all worked out in the end but there was a lot of confusion.
