I had my roof done in August of 2004. Jim told me the original roof had not been installed properly, no overhang. He installed my new roof over my existing one which is a common practice. Their workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years. I recently noticed a wet mark on one of my bedroom ceilings. When I went into my attic to see where the leak was coming from, my attic smelled moldy and I noticed green and black mold on most of the plyboard and beams in the attic. When the exterior of my roof was checked, it was immediately noted that there was NO FLASHING and venting was obstructed. Not much good paying for 30 year shingles when the roof is not installed correctly and everything underneath it molds and rots. Now I have to deal with mold remediation and extensive roof repairs 9 years later.
