Ferris Home Improvement company is the best! From design elements working with Mike Z to the carpentry excellence of Glen and all the other subcontractors, it was a pleasure and they made our dream bathroom and walk-in closets a reality.

Ferris Home Improvement was the best company we ever decided to go with. Their work was very professional. Our salesperson, Bill was a great help in helping us pick the right style of cabinets and the size that fit into the spaces we had. Bill was always on hand for us to ask any questions and to get things done. The cabinets, flooring, lighting and tile go together perfect. The installers, Glenn and Brett were excellent. From start to finish they were there on time and cleaned up every day. They even put up with all the questions we had, to which they answered every one of them. In the midst of getting the kitchen done we decided to have our living room and family room floors done also. Bill went right to getting them ordered and setting up the install date. Everything was done and it looks great.

I highly recommend Ferris Home Improvements. I recently worked with Kristina to schedule an appointment for what I thought would be a roof repair. It turns out that it was not flashing around my chimney that needed replacing but drain pipes elbows on the front and back roof of the house to lead the water away from where the roof splits. Kristina was very professional and scheduled an appointment for me with Monty the following Saturday. He showed up promptly at 8am. He was very knowledgeable and was able to make the repair the same day that he came out to give me a quote. I appreciate his honesty and integrity especially since two other companies wanted to tear my roof apart! I would definitely recommend Ferris Home Improvement for your repair needs.

Very happy that they fixed the leaking around my roof boot. The first day Monty came out he didn't have a ladder long enough to get up to the roof so I had to wait about a week for a return visit. When Monty came back he brought a longer ladder and a helper. They went up and took a photo of the place that needed repair. Gave me an estimate. I accepted the deal and the roof leak was fixed. It's rained twice so far and I don't see any water coming in around the boot. Thanks Monty.

We were very impressed with the quality of the work performed by Wayne and Zack. Their attention to detail made this project go smoothly from start to finish. We also appreciated how they cleaned up at the end of the window installations.

Chuck and Cedric did the installation for us today. They are very friendly and took great care of our property. They worked well together and did an excellent job in much less time that we thought it would take. Chuck was familiar with our unit as he did the hardwood flooring for the builder before we moved in. Talk about a small world! We will absolutely ask for them when the time comes for us to do the master bathroom. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience. Our salesperson Mike L. gave us the quote and took the time to explain everything. I liked that there was no pressure in getting a contract signed that day. After comparing other quotes we ordered 9 replacement windows and 2 sliding glass doors. The installers Wayne and Brandon were very professional, nice and worked well as a team. They finished up within 3 days and everything looks great. I couldn't be more pleased.

From my initial online inquiry to the completion of my exterior door replacement, I can say that I am thoroughly impressed with Ferris Home Improvements and their commitment to quality customer service. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling the initial estimate to providing updates on the job status. Spencer provided a thorough price quote up front with all details included and a timeframe for the job to be completed. The installers, Wayne and Brandon, really know what they are doing and found a solution to installing the door when it was discovered the wall was out of plumb. These guys are the best and I will definitely be calling them when it is time to replace my windows or for any other service they offer. Wayne was here at 8:30am and started right away. Wayne kept busy the entire time. Wayne was personable, capable, and efficient. I am impressed with the finished job and Wayne also gave me information about the door being made in the United States which pleased me even more. Thank you Wayne!

This is the third time we have used Ferris for home remodel or improvements. They are, without fail, conscientious, professional, and communicate very well. We have an older home and will no doubt be using Ferris in the future. Great people and great work!

Decent work

The rep - Spencer Malcolm, was excellent and easy to work with. The team he sent to replace the original windows (1974) on the first floor were on time, super efficient and knowledgable and did an excellent job.

We had two bathrooms completely gutted. Bathrooms were original to a 1940's house and consisted of wet bed tile floor and plaster walls. Demo was extensive but done in a clean and efficient manner. Everything was ripped out, water lines replaces with PEX, new tile, vanity, shower stall, tub/tub surround, and lighting replaced. We also had custom tile work performed along with inset shelves and marble features. In addition, wainscoting installed, new custom window sills installed, removed old closets, and much more... Starting off with the estimate, Mike was a very polite, responsive, and courteous. We received the estimate in a timely fashion. We received estimates from several other companies and Ferris was the best and most economical. We chose Ferris b/c we could supply all the fixtures, tile, and construction material on our own. We could control cost and pick exactly what we wanted. We were not pressure to use a specific supplier or product. We had complete control and this is exactly what we wanted. Not only that but Ferris advertised that they work to do it right and that is definitely true! Wayne and Brandon were amazing!!! These two guys did the entire job from start to finish. We had constant contact with Wayne and he was always responsive about changes we wanted to make last minute and extra work. We cannot say enough about how professional and amazing Wayne was with overseeing and performing all the work throughout the project. The entire renovation took 6 weeks from start to finish. Both bathrooms were gutted in 2 weeks and the rest was put back together in just 4 weeks! The quality of work was exceptional. We were beyond impressed with the attention to detail. I will definitely hire Wayne and Ferris again for any project in our house.

Matt James was very professional and answered all of our questions. The siding installation was completed ahead of schedule and looks qreat! I plan to use Ferris for future home improvements.

The rep from Ferris - Mike Lashbrook was excellent. Frank and his team who built the deck were extremely professional and worked tirelessly to finish the deck ahead of schedule. The entire experience of working with Ferris Home Improvements was a pleasure. From start to finish they were customer focused - - and paid attention to every detail. I recommend them to anyone having any work done to their home.

Matt Janes is a great sales person to work with. He met with us and answered all questions and explained everything perfectly. We had some issues on the day of install and Ferris has worked with us and would highly recommend them.

Mike, Wayne and Brandan were very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Wayne and Brandan were very professional and particular about their work. They did an excellent job installing the windows we had replaced. When they left everything was very clean. We were very pleased with all aspects of their work.

Austin repaired a leaking stone chimney and replaced damaged roof shingles, working into the dusk hours in 90+ Temps. It looks better than it has for years. The 'can-do' attitude, the respect for the customer and our home, and the friendly approach of the Ferris employees is refreshing and appreciated.
