They are clean, considerate, careful , and do an outstanding job. Working with the Varnes brothers was a pleasure. They are very customer oriented. I recommend them highly. They employ men who are careful and polite. They are craftsmen.

There was an initial appointment for the estimate and a follow up for a consult with the contractor regarding our part of the preparation before the job was started. The contractor was extremely patient and left sample flooring with us until we were sure of our choice. This is a company extremely grateful for the business and very customer friendly. The job was started as planned and the men were on time and did a wonderful job. We were always informed, by phone, if there would be the smallest change in the schedule. The lines of communication were open and well done during the entire job. Steve and Al Varnes are very interested in having happy customers and they are a cut above most business people. We recommend them highly.
