lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreToro customer service would not assist, saying I had to go to an authorized dealer- I feared a run around and BS, but this shop was excellent. They (service mgr Austin) handled the verification of existing warranty coverage with Toro, said they'd call when ready.. ( uh-oh-another concern with most shops/warranty repairs ) But ~ 24 hours later, they called to say the mower was ready, had been repaired and tested out. Great stuff!
