Our responsibility doesn't end once we pack up our tools and leave. If something breaks, malfunctions, or just plain doesn't make you happy, we'll fix it - for as long as you live in your home. Simple and easy from start to finish (from the phone rep to the tech). All my questions were concerns were answered. Would recommend and call back for future services. This was for a serious clogged gutter. This was not like leaf guard trying to keep selling you filters. They offer other services that i will be looking into

Initial call from customer service scheduler left a lot to be desired. An email was sent saying I missed his call prior to the call being made. He had no reason when I asked why he would do such a thing. Once the technician arrived everything was great.
