The ONLY reason I did not give an overall 5 star rating is because they can be on the expensive end, BUT I wholeheartedly feel that the quality of the work and the customer service is worth every penny. We have been customers since 2016 and have used Air Temp time and time again for our A/C needs as well as plumbing issues and projects that have arisen. Every technician who has come to our home has been knowledgeable and respectful. Our concerns have always been heard and everything has been explained every step of the way. Work sites are always cleaned up and they always follow up to make sure we have no additional concerns after the work is completed. We are even planning to move and I intend to continue to use Air Temp for all maintenance and any potential issues that we may ever have in the future.

The project and service were exceptional. Arrived on time finished earlier than estimated and full clean up. Installers were personable and made sure you understood the mechanics of the unit and answered all questions

They were able to provide immediate service during the holiday weekend. I spoke with their customer service representative early in the morning and the technician was at my house within two hours. He had all of the necessary parts with him and our AC was up and running within the hour. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Prompt, polite. Unfortunately there were a couple issues with the work, but they were resolved immediately free of charge. Things happen and go wrong sometimes, but knowing they'll stand by their work and fix it means a lot.

Responded quickly to my inquiry and scheduled a technician to come out the next day. The tech was professional and efficiently solved the issue with my AC, which thankfully turned out to be very minor. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Air conditioner broke and they sent Dave the same day! He was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend this company.

My main issue was that the A/C problem turned out to be 2 wires touching on the outside unit and therefore causing a short. Tech was here at the max 45 minutes analyzing the wiring on furnace because this is where he thought the issue was before checking the unit itself. I just think $400 for a job that turned out to be for separating and covering bare wires was a little steep to be honest

Jared was quick and performed all the required service in no time. I have decided to put this company on the yearly service for my HVAC needs and I will hire only them if need to do any major work in the future
