Rob came out just to do a diagnostic and give us an estimate on work, but was able to fix our problem on the spot! He was knowledgable and friendly, and got our A/C back on within an hour! Definitely a great value - we will be calling them again if we ever need more HVAC work!

Technician (David) was absolutely great, professional, knowledgeable and straight to the point.

Would encourage homeowners to get a written quote on services prior to hiring. Our final invoice had different amounts than what a Rihana quoted over the phone. And a description of the services too if possible. Once the technician is onsite and additional services are offered, ask for a break-up. I ended up paying 450 for a couple of pounds of freon but am apprehensive that is a short-term fix to a potential leak. Very personable technician but do not let the smooth talk cloud your judgment.

The A/C installers were on time and did an excellent job. Only issue I had was the thermostat could not be programmed with the correct date, day of the week and time of day. I plan to follow up with the vendor (Honeywell) to get help.
