Customer service told me arrival time was 8am. After continuous questioning because the tech was late, I found out that there is a 3 hour window. That should have been clear from the beginning.

Great company to work with

Though they couldnâ t unclog my drains due to a bigger issue, they tried very hard and spent a lot of time looking for alternatives. I am having them come back to work on the major issue. The issue I have is very expensive and they were forth coming with discounts to help offset some of the costs. Hopefully all goes when the real work begins

He gave an accurate estimate and completed the work in a very professional manner and tested the results. He left no mess and is an expert. I couldn't ask for better service. Very Happy! Matt, the technician, came out on Sunday afternoon, arrived on time, and corrected the problem of a plugged up garbage disposal in an efficient and effective manner. It was disconnected, unblocked, and put back together within 30 minutes. Thanks Matt!

The tech worked for hours to clear a clogged pipe to no avail, then told me he had to remove a toilet to get to the problem and that there would be an additional charge of $225 to do so. Twenty minutes later the clog was gone and the toilet replaced. Do the math. That is $675/hour for a service that could have originally been accomplished in short order. The final bill came to $570! There was no clean-up of the filthy floor either. The work could have been done more efficiently by a more experienced plumber, and the added expense was unnecessary. In my opinion, a rip off! I will not be using this company again for plumbing problems.

Air Temp came out and did a fantastic job with replacing my old water heater. In and out within an hour and hooked everything up very clean and even routed the pressure release valve to my utility sink in the event it goes off. Both workers were very professional and explained everything on how to operate the water and drain it. Would definitely use this company again!

They did not clean up as best they could have! Plus they broke my hot water valve that was behind the wall and then refused to fix the drywall when a repair had to made.

My furnace died. I called around with no luck until I tried Home Adviser and got connected with Air Temp Solutions. All my concerns were addressed prior to the technician's arrival, which was within 2 hours. Tim was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was even given 2 space heaters to use until the repairs could be completed the very next day. Air Temp will have my business for any A/C or heating needs. Everyone was professional and treated me with respect. This was an awesome experience during a very problematic time.

The original appointment was for 12:00 pm. I arrived at 11;45 and stayed until 12:30. I went home called air temp and they told me the appointment was from 12:00 to 3:00. I asked them to call me when the technician was 15 minutes away
