John answered all of my questions and gave me alternatives. When I asked about something else, he went out and found it at a reasonable price. The work was done quickly and efficiently with quality parts(no skimping to save money). I hope I won't need service for a long time, but I'd be happy to have Air Temp back.

Fantastic! our A/C is an older system (18yrs) and John had it working better than it did in the past 10 yrs... he came out the next day when other big companies gave me a 2 WEEK time frame! John was so knowledgeable and helped us with info that our normal service (Horizon) never has... fully recommend for ANY A/C or heating/plumbing work you need... wonderful experience and result!

Great customer experience with this business. The technician was knowledgeable and took time to explain things as we went along troubleshooting possible issues and solutions. Throughout the visit both techs were courteous and pleasant. I gave 4.5 stars simply because they were about 30 minutes late but overall I would highly recommend and will use them again.

Very punctual and professional, the tech explained everything, and ask me if I would like to watch him as he made the repairs. He was very good at his job and even gave me a discount as a retired military veteran. I will definitely recommend this company, to anyone that needs the service.

I hired Air Temp Solutions to replace the air handler in my attic that had a leaking coil and was also mismatched to the outside heat pump. I could have just had the leaking coil replaced, but I took the advice of Air Temp Solutions and replaced the entire air handler instead. It was much more expensive to do that, but I think it was good advice, and should pay off in the long run. Air Temp Solutions did an outstanding job of removing the old air handler and installing the new. They installed a unit that was the proper match to my outside heat pump. The system is now working smoothly. Air Temp Solutions was totally professional, and had great expertise. Communication was excellent at all stages. The staff is polite and personable, and their work is neat, efficient, accurate and thorough. Over the years I have had 4 or 5 different companies service the air handler/heat pump. Of all of them, Air Temp Solutions inspires the most confidence, and I will definitely hire them again. They are a top notch company, and rate a full 5 stars.

John at Air Temp solutions did a first rate job. He installed the water heater I wanted for a price lower than any other quote. The install was not cut rate either he included a pan under the water heater and did not use any cheater parts like flex lines to hook up the plumbing. The entire experience was outstanding.

Absolutely made the process of having a water heater replaced a much less of a hassle then I expected it to be, from the initial first contact with John, he was very polite, very knowledgeable of the project, answered every question we had in detail and seemed to go above and beyond to insure that we were completely satisfied with the project and we were.
