Dish Network

Dish Network was offering a deal so I called them for installation to save money. The technician was an idiot. He argued with me the entire time. He put a hole in my roof. I had to file a claim with them. I could not understand the technician at all. He said he could not get a line of sight. I had given them a deposit over the phone but they did refund it right away when I canceled the service. The installer was a sub-contractor. He was rude and ignorant. I live in a flat-roof trailer. I told him he could not walk on the porch or the roof due to it being wet and not sturdy. He kept fighting me to walk on my roof, when I have had a roofer say no one should ever walk on my roof as it is not stable. It got to the point that if he found a signal I don't know if I would want him in my house. I called my sister's boyfriend to come over and help and he was rude to him as well. I am not sure if Dish Network wants this kind of person representing their company. A half of an hour before he was to show they called and said he would be another 4 hours. He then showed up 20 minutes later. They had bad communication between Dish Network and this sub-contractor. I called Dish Network and complained, especially because he slammed the dish on my roof and now there is a leak. They kept giving me the run around so I finally said forget it and climbed up on the roof and fixed the leak myself. I had a hard time understanding the employees.
