 + -1 moreVerizon took the order after many attempts at upselling other products. Verizon confirmed the appointment multiple times. No technican ever showed up during the 4 hour appointment window. After hours on the phone with Customer Service I was told they never even assigned a technican to the order.
Description of Work: I ordered installation of an Ethernet jack for wired Internet service.

 + 0 moreThe 1st guy placed the router in the wrong place, so I got poor WiFi. It takes a lot of running around to connect with a human being for support, but they made it right.
