Haywards Hardwood Refinishing

The job looks like a complete amateur did it. There are blemishes and inconsistencies in the finish in each room. I had to remove taping from the kitchen island today. It appears Mr. Haywood chose to us the same applicator throughout the project. He would leave it wrapped in plastic (exposed at each end), and then refashioned it for purpose the next day. The last three days outside on my patio, exposed to the elements and morning dew. The final day (day four), we found what looked liked scratches in the first coat. It turned out to be the coat was beginning to peel. I am going to finish this work myself. I am kicking myself for not doing it from the start.
