He had my husband wait all day, first he was come at noon, then 2, then 4. Looked at the fridge and said you will need a new compressor ...$90 and did not fix my fridge. What is amazing is that I told him that I had an LG refrigerator, when he was at my home, he said he was not certified to fix LG refrigerators! I wish I was home at the time, he would never have gotten any money from me!

Mr. Eason showed up on time, was very courteous, friendly & helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and made recommendations on how to proceed. Based on his invaluable input, I elected to purchase a new dishwasher which he installed on the same day it was delivered. In less than 30 minutes I had a brand new dishwasher that worked great! I couldnâ t have been happier with the service I received. I highly recommend DUN-Rite for appliance repairs and will definitely use this company in the future and will recommend his company to all my friends, family, neighbors & coworkers.

Jimaine was highly experienced and is going to replace my microwave. He also checked all appliances and gave additional advice. Jimaine was polite and very helpful. I will use this company for other issues and will always ask for Jimaime! He was polite and willing to answer any questions.

Nothing actually wrong with my oven but they were still so kind and polite.

He showed up 3 days later, very late in the afternoon and it looked like I knew more than him about the refrigerator Sub-Zero! I paid him $120 for nothing. Great guy but no results!

The gentleman who arrived to fix my dryer, was extremely professional, obviously knew what he was doing and explained things in a way I could understand. He was terrific and I recommend him highly.

Diagnosed my refrigerator (it is 11 years old) and said it needed some part for the freezer to work. He said it was not available/obsolete. I searched and found the control module in less than five minutes. Called him to clarify the availability. He said he would call back...never did. Waste of $70 dollars

Was prompt showing up. Thought he fixed the appliance, but still not working. Difficult getting him to respond to phone calls. Seemed knowledgeable but couldn't really tell us the problem, even after second visit.
