Very well...I will use them again next year to do this work, too!

I contacted AKC construction in the middle of the summer, which is the busiest time of year for any company in a shore resort. They came out, took a look at each one of the requests and called back later that afternoon with the bid. I gave them a verbal go ahead over the phone.
We started with the tree removal which involved 3 dead trees and the pruning of a very large Oak. They did all the permit work with the City of Rehoboth and made sure that the trees that were removed were replaced with new trees.
The lawn work was relatively simple for a mid-season start for lawn care. There is lots of shade on the 3 properties allowing for once a month cutting to last through early October.
The last part was scheduled for mid to late December to clean-up leaves, sticks, and general debris. The were even able to clean the leaves and sticks off the roof of the house. In each case their work was done in a professional manner and made sure that the area of their focus was left in better condition than when they found it.
From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with arriving on sight when they had promised their work would begin. They completed the project completely before they moved on to the next job on their schedule. They were very competitive with their bidding and very easy to talk with. I would highly recommend AKC Construction for tree work, lawn care through the growing season, and for the clean-up at the end of the year.

They come out weekly. I think their price is reasonable. I have used them for two years.
