Our AC went out on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, but Jeff came out right away and fixed our system. In speaking with him, we saw (and we knew beforehand) that the system was VERY old and the fix he did may or may not last. He presented several options for us, including just leaving the system be as it was working again. The whole system - over 20 years old - was already past its life expectancy, and in discussing it with Jeff we decided that a new system would be a wise investment. There was NO pressure. Simply facts and data (prices and specs on each type of system or solution), so that we could make up our minds. Once decided, Jeff scheduled us for the very next Saturday (less than a week later), and they came on time as promised. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the workers, their friendly demeanor, explaining what they were doing, and doing it in less time than originally thought. All the men introduced themselves by name, answered any and all questions we had, and left a clean area upon completion. I have nothing but good things to say about this company, about Jeff and Kevin and all the team. They are all trustworthy professionals I would hire again.

I had a whole house humidifier installed. Jeff and his team were very knowledgable, gave some very valuable tips for better air quality in my home, and were way under 2 other estimates I received, way under. Hired him to come back for regular maintenance of the system. Highly recommend. They are prompt, knowledgeable with very competitive pricing. Had a whole house humidifier installed at half the price of two other estimates for the same exact installation. Responded quickly in the aftermath of a blizzard (on a Saturday) to replace the emergency heat component AND shoveled out the heat pump. The company is extremely responsive, friendly, and detailed. SABRS will be my HVAC company for life.

These gentlemen came ready to work! They first started with a thorough examination of the problem and then they gave their opinions about our options. I already had several estimates and their pricing was better and certainly more fair. My wife and I were already convinced but I asked about their training... the US military (several tours overseas)... that sealed the deal for us! They completed the job quickly and we are completely satisfied. Thank you guys!
