2019 SABRS was OUTSTANDING(my review on file)! Now First Class and Horizon took them over, it is HORRIBLE! Seven breakdowns since end of Feb when maintenance was performed to end of June, all code 434 and not fixed for more than a couple of days. Am disgusted, $16000+ top of line system wont work. Seven more years on the contract. Know what you are getting into before you sign up, it is not SABRS anymore. And all the techs want to do is sell me extras that Lennox does not even show on their website.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had an unexpected service issue with our furnace that the technician brought to our attention. The technician was quick to point out potential safety issues and offered us multiple repair options. The decision was made to replace the system. Zach and the team at SABRS quickly scheduled the installation. The install was done on time with the highest quality workmanship and we couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend this company for your regular service as well as new and replacement installations.

Dealing with SABRS was really an enjoyable experience. They have become my go to HVAC company.

Just had a furnace installation done by SABRS yesterday. Installation team encountered a significant unknown structural problem which was corrected at NO additional cost. ENTIRE SABRS team (Jeff, Kevin, Scott, Barry & Dakota) were professional & courteous. Also, check out their warranty in addition to the manufacturer. They are worth every penny.

My estimate was done by Mr. Kevin Perry while the installation was performed by Mr. Scott Benedict and his team. Everything went smoothly and quickly, without any hesitation or concerns. While the cost was almost $1,500 above competitors, the work, attitude, and professionalism were well worth the cost. I had both my furnace and my air conditioning units replaced. This is a company that was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to others.

They came the same day that I called, with no emergency fee, diagnosed the problem with in minutes and had everything they needed to fix the AC/heat pump. Jeff spent quite some time with us to educate us about our system. He showed me how to use the remote program controls and helped me download the app. Couldn't have had better service. Will only call them for any HVAC issues in future. Wish they did carpentry!

After being a loyal customer to a larger well-known company in Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, we lost heat during the coldest part of this past winter. Our now-former company told us they could not come for another 3 days. On the recommendation of a friend we contacted SABRS. Jeff and Scott arrived at our home within 20 minutes after hanging up the phone. They spent hours diagnosing the problem on a less than the 4-year-old heating system and also let us know that the parts were covered under warranty. We knew then and there that we found a new HVAC company. Since then, we just had them here again to do our yearly HVAC and Rinnai Hot water heater service. We were scheduled for an afternoon appointment. To our pleasant surprise, SABRS called earlier the same morning advising they had a cancellation and asking if they could come earlier. AGAIN, Scott and Jeff were here within 20 minutes. We cannot say enough about SABRS and their technicians. If you need a very reputable HVAC company, look no further than SABRS.

They were on time with the appointment. They acted very professional and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. Will definately use them for the spring check and I would recommend them to anyone.

On a holiday weekend, when wehad a house full of I discovered that my air conditioning unit was not cooling the house. I turned to Home Advisor and entered a request before dawn. I had a list of interested contractors by 7;00 AM adked for details from some that sounded OK. SABRS Home Comfort contacted me immediately with a very reasonable charge for a diagnosis. They arrived at my home early in the morning on the Monday holiday and were able to acquire the necessary part and have my problem solved before noon. Kevin, Scott and Jeff were wonderful, being careful to fully inform us of their progress as they worked I would highly recommend this company and will call them again should I have air conditioning or heating needs.

The service technician responded to my inquiry very quickly, was available the same day, and did the repair correctly the first time. He was very professional to work with and I recommend SABRS highly.

Our 22 year old HVAC system broke down just after the heat wave in July, on a Friday night. We contacted several companies to get started on replacement and Jeff of Sabrs was the first responder we had. He offered to come to our house on SUNDAY morning, before we left town. He showed up, took measurements and talked to us about all of our options. He provided us with an estimate covering three options and we chose one. By the following Thursday, the crew was at our home installing the new system. They were polite, careful, neat and pleasant and worked hard all day. Jeff came over for the last couple of hours and supervised the final installation. The personality of an expert doesn't matter to us. We want the best person for the job and don't care about their attitudes. Jeff and crew blew us away. They inspired 100% confidence (their reviews back this up) in their work. We could not have been more pleased. We will not hesitate to use them again when our other system needs replacement. Their ongoing service plan beats any other plan we researched. I trust that should we need to call on them for something, we will get premier service. We highly recommend Sabrs Home Comfort!
