Deck and Porch Service
We contracted for the work on June 18th with a 1/3 payment made. Another 3rd to be paid at the start of work, with the final 3rd upon completion. The work has not yet begun due to very poor planning. The initial delivery date was woefully missed "due to the contractor's inability to get the lumber to do the job" ! He promised a completion date, prior to the 4th of July, and never showed up to do the work. Then a series of mutually requested delays ensued. This contractor communicates only by text messages in the evenings (never during the day and never on weekends), so getting timely information to and from him is impossible. There have been periods of 4 days that have lapsed before getting a cryptic reply from this guy . . . it's been tedious. I still don't have confidence that I'll get the work done.
