Took my car in and the technician left the oil cap off and also did not correctly tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires. At the end of the 200 mile trip. All the oil was bubbling out of the car and the car was overheated and dangerously low on oil. The one tire was without three lug nuts and shaking. I had to get an emergency oil change and immediately replaced all the belts and the insulation throughout the car and also cleaned to remove as much as the oil as I could from around the engine and undercarriage. Yet I still smell burning oil as I drive it. This garage manager seemed concerned but yet did nothing about it. They did not refund my money nor made no attempt to reimburse me for any of my other costs attributed to their failures. They are not returning my phone calls or emails and now I am seeking the legal route. Stay away!

I brought my car in to replace my tires, Upon inspection, the service technician only recommended that my front tires needed to be changed. We also looked at the way the tires were worn and as expected, he recommended a front end alignment. We discussed the type of driving that I do, highway, local, all weather and then we reviewed my options. He also asked how long I planned to keep my aged car. I was very satisfied with the choices for my SUV. I dropped off my car the night before and the car was ready as scheduled with no surprises.
