We provide planning and design services for your restaurant or food facility. Services include but not limited to: due diligence, site survey, equipment inventory, budget & schedule development, scope of work, space planning, CAD-generated schematic & design development drawings, equipment & furniture "brochure" (specification book), coordinate with local health officials, licensed architect and/or engineer, bid management, shop drawing review and punch list development.
Services we don't offer
Market Assessments, Menu Development, Operations Engineering, Feasibility Studies, Permits, Licensed Architectural or Engineering Services, Fabrication or Procurement of Equipment/Furniture, Set-in-place or installation.
