"The original work was preformed about the first week of January. The fill valve was installed properly and tested. The customer was asked to check it and she did. The toilet was flushed several times with no problems. It filled properly and shut off at the correct level every time. The customer said she was satisfied with it no problems. The customer called me back on March 22nd to put together an exercise cycle for her. I went back shortly after that. She had stored the exercise bike in the bathroom in question. I removed the exercise bike from the bathroom and moved it upstairs where she wanted it. There was no problems with the toilet no water running and no water on the floor. She didn’t say anything about the toilet. I don’t know if this is relevant or not but between the times I was there she had new carpet installed. But no one ever noticed water. She has a slab foundation it would have been all over the floors. She called me and told me the water company called her about excessive water use. Said it was my fault and water was all over the floor. There was no water on the floor the second time I was there. She said she wanted over 200 dollars for the bill. And me to come out and fix it. I told here to shut off the shut off valve and I would be there as soon as I could. I had another job in the area. She called me back and gave me a different price for the water bill and asked when I would be there I told he as soon as I could. She said she didn’t use that bathroom. Although she spent most of he time on that level and the other bathrooms were upstairs. Then she started threatening me and blowing up my phone by repeatedly calling me for very extended lengths of time. After her threatening me I became concerned for my safety being around her. To sum it up. I know it was installed correctly and tested with her verifying it. There was no water on the floor and the toilet was not running the second time I was there in February."
