 + -1 moreHe inspected the crawl space and said that he didn't know how to handle the air handler that sits in the crawl space. He said someone else would call us to inspect it. No one called and there was no other inspection. I can understand if they didn't know how to handle it, but someone should have at least called us.
Description of Work: The operations manager came out to inspect a wet crawl space in order to give us a proposal to repair and dry out the wet crawl space.
