Work was done on time, on budget, and cleaned up when done. The unit works well. I will recommend him to others. My only complaints are, he doesn't return calls very promptly and charged my credit card when he was done before talking to me.

They came in a timely fashion and completed the required work. Unit was under warranty but they never contacted mfg. about the warranty. I lost out because of that.

They did a great job. The first time they came, it was during a blizzard, I had to dig a path and hole to get to the crawl space. My heat was fixed within a few hours. While he was here, he helped me determine why some of my rooms upstairs were not being heated correctly.. turns out there are some dampers in my ductwork I didn't know about.. in any case, he was happy to help without extra charge. The second time I called, my AC was not working during (of course) a heat wave. The capacitor blew on my heat pump, and he didn't have one rated for my unit. He "lent" me one that would get it working for a few days until the one he ordered for my unit came in. He didn't charge a thing until he was back with the right part! Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about Seashore HVAC - very personable, dependable, and knowledgeable.

We have been experiencing 100 degree weather. Our A/C went out last night around 9pm. I called tem at 7am and they were on the premises by 10am and replaced the fan and a couple other parts that had given up the ghost.

My A/C froze up the day before 4th of July. I called Doug at 5:45pm and he was at my home the next morning. Since I had left my A/C off overnight, it had thawed by the time Doug got there. However, he did a thorough check and recommended I change my filter every month and cut my grass AWAY from the A/C unit.

Doug did a great job. All work was done as promised. No nonsense. Obviously knowledgeable. He volunteered to figure out the warranty status of the bad fan motor, and took care of it all.
