I have used another person for 2 years and since he changed jobs, I used them and they are okay. I liked their contract system which gives me free service and parts for one year; it works like an insurance or warranty. Instead of paying them $108 for each visit, they charged me $254 for the contract agreement. This guy seemed knowledgeable and he seemed okay.
