They arrived on time for both the quote and to complete the job. They were very efficient and clean. The job was completed to my satisfaction. No one is perfect so I never give 5 or 10 stars. However I would gladly give them a 4.5 and recommend them to a friend!

The hottest days of the year and they showed up and basically work outside. My garage painting included more joint spackling and paint. Both my husband and I couldn't have been happier with our beautiful, well done garage. The quote was fair and well worth the outcome. I took Osman's card as I expect we will need him to do a few other rooms in the future.Despite the heat they all had a good attitude.

Worked fast

Mr Guzman Cruz did a beautiful job patching the drywall after a roof leak. Is completely smooth and cant tell there was ever a problem. Came in early and finished in 1.5 hours. Was courteous and efficient. I did supply the paint but job was finished with painting completed. Was about a 2 foot patch. Very pleased and will use them again.

He knew what he was doing. I wish he could have included the cost of painting the door trims in his estimate... I thought that the door trims were included, only to find out, in the end, that trims were not included!

My custom home was designed with very detailed wood finishes such as crown, base, wainscoting as well as coffered ceilings. Less than a year after completion all detailed mouldings cracked at almost every seam. This issue was still covered by the builderâ s warranty and Osman Guzman was sent to correct this huge problem which affected every room in my house. Because the cracks were so wide, Mr. Guzman had to try several different products to make sure to not only repair the problem but that it would also be a lasting solution. This required great patience and craftsmanship to have the finished product meet the standards of my custom built home. The monumental job of repairing the poor and shoddy work of the original crew was almost inconceivable but Mr. Guzman constantly and consistently repaired the issues. The original painter was incompetent. They did not do the normal work required such as sanding, priming or caulking. Mr. Guzman painstakingly sanded with wet sandpaper to create smooth surfaces. He went around removing all blobbed on caulking. After priming he would review areas to check seams to make certain they were smooth since priming shows all imperfections. Mr. Guzmsn even offered excellent advice regarding which paint finish to use such as satin finish on the inner panels of the wainscot to cut down on glare from windows, much to my great satisfaction. His prep work is outstanding. He covers everything before painting. The way he covered each stair tread and banister before painting the spindles was amazing. No dried paint on treads. He leaves each day with everything vacuumed and clean. His staff is respectful and courteous. Very rarely do you come across a tradesman who takes pride in his work and does a job that he would perform on his own home. Because of Mr. Guzmanâ s excellent craftsmanship I can now go around the house appreciating the fine wood details and beautifully finished walls instead of being upset and disgusted with the shoddy original product.

Osman is fantastic. He treats every home as if it is his own. His work is exceptional, his work ethic is very high. He takes pride in his work. He is very personable and cares about people as well. He is an all around great painter and person.
