We knew what we wanted and Frank was able to understand our needs immediately and make them happen. When he said he would be on the job, he was, without fail. The quality of his work was second to none. He was flexible when we chose materials from a variety of sources.Mr. Emmi does superb work demonstrating a strong ethic. He made suggestions and found additional materials that matched the choices we made and kept them within our budget. He had to come back and correct a major mistake made by the contractor and did so without complaint. This return visit helped keep us on track with our scheduled occupancy.
