I have had VZW for almost 15 years. From the clear blue sky I began having problems downloading e-mails, my "memory was full". I have 16 gb internal and 8 gb on an SD card.
After a 30 minute wait, the rep moved my pictures and numerous other files from my internal memory to "my SD card". He messed it up. When I checked later, he had moved them to an unknown location.
I returned. He said he couldn't fix my problem and I had to wait for the expert. The expert (Linc) was too busy clubbing with an aficionado of drones for 45 minutes.
Suffice it to say after an hour I collared the manager. He said I should WAIT MY TURN!! I was there a grand total of almost 2-1/2 hours in two visits today and they finally discovered the tech had moved all my files to the "cloud". The eventual answer was for me to call Verizon Tech Service 800 number and maybe, hopefully, they could help me fix the problem that they (Tanner was his name) caused by his screw up. Good bye, go away, get out, don't let the door hit you in the bum.
This is the most disorganized and poorly managed Verizon corporate store I have ever visited. It is not my first. I frequented several corporate stores in MD, KY, MO and have always had a pleasant, easy going, PRODUCTIVE experiences where reps always gave you their cards so you knew who was who. Not here.
This one still has me gritting my teeth. Can't I get better service for almost $200/month?????
I'll go to an authorized reseller or the corp store in Salisbury MD before I come back here. It's the pits

Took awhile to get through to them, but eventually did and the transfer went over smoothly. The only complaint is that they didn't follow up on prior phone calls made to them with the promise to get back to me.
