I hired Mr. Scott in Nov 2021 to replace a water heater. He showed up as scheduled, was professional, and installed the water heater. I also had him replace a few faucets. In April of 2023, my new water heater will not stop running. I called Mr. Scott and he said he was busy but would come the following week. The following week came and went, I text Mr. Scott to see when he was coming and the response was I told you I was busy, call someone else. So Mr. Scott may show up and do the job but if you have any issues he does not stand behind his work. I would not recommend hiring this plumber to anyone with this type of attitude.

We called another company and it took way to long to get an estimate. We called Scott's and got an estimate almost immediately. We took scotts...His price was in line. With the big company. He came on time, was neat and clean in his work and had a very competitive price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him

Mr. Scott called me right after I posted on Home Advisor and we set up an appointment. He arrived for the appointment promptly and was very knowledgeable and professional. We agreed upon a price, date/time and he completed the work on that date as he said he would. The price, compared to the larger companies in the area, was hands down so much more reasonable. I would highly recommend him and do business with him again.

Darrell showed up on time to the initial appointment as well as when we scheduled to do the work. He finished the same day and was great the whole time.

Mr. Scott was the first to contact us from Home Advisor. He arrived on time to give an estimate and again to complete the install. We found his estimate to be fair and complete. His quote was fair and reasonable and was exactly what we were charged. His work quality is top-notch. We have found our plumber and have already recommended him to a friend.

I emailed Mr. Scott and explained the problem I had with my plumbing. He quoted me a price for the work and that is exactly what it cost. He showed up when he said he would be at my home and completed the work quickly. Highly recommended.

When Mr. Scott came to my house he appeared to be knowledgeable about plumbing. However, his profile on Home Advisor says "Free Estimates" but I was charged $50 for the estimate. When I told Mr. Scott that I thought the estimate was free he said, "Didn't Home Advisor advise you that there was a fee?" I said that I was not advised by anyone that there was a $50 fee for the estimate. Sadly, I am left to believe that you can't always believe what is written on the profiles of the contractors on Home Advisor's website.

Because of Pros like Darrell Scott, I keep going back to Home Advisor. This professional was like that Friend that you have that knows how to do plumbing. Everything he did, you knew it was needed and you knew he was going to do a Great job because he was looking out for you. Thank you Home advisor for recommending Darrell and thank you Darrell for being the Plumber you are. PS: It's nice to have hot water again.....

Essentially my project normally would be very simple, to tighten an existing faucet to the counter. After inquiring through HA, MR Scott contacted me and we set up an appointment for the same day. MR SCOTT arrived promptly and on time. After examining the situation a simple project was complicated by the extreme tight quarters surrounding the faucet (which I was fully aware of). The "easy" solution was a special wrench supplied by the faucet manufacture, which neither of us had. But true to his profession, MR SCOTT managed to accomplish his mission. MR SCOTT was professional, courteous and prompt. In addition, although the work was much more complicated than originally described over the phone he maintained his original estimate which was very fair (especially compared to the "big boys").

DARRYL SCOTT was very professional, honest, and his response was timely. His estimate of the job was very good compared to others. The kitchen sink/faucet , garbage disposal installation was professional. Guarantees his work and is available for future jobs. Great job!
