Description of Work: They replace the well water switch and recalibrated the pump. They explained what they were doing and why. Advise was given about replacing the pump (mine is over 19 years) and gave me an estimate of the cost to replace the pump.

Description of Work: I called twice in the morning (they use an answering service, not an actual company employee to answer calls), seeing if it were possible to know at least whether they were available or fully booked today and tomorrow; otherwise, I would need to call another company since I needed to get a leak fixed. All morning and afternoon passed without a call back (so I had to call another plumber). Finally got a call back from KB after 5pm and he said that he just got the message via a page, so they must have some internal communications problems since my first message was before 8:00am and second message was between 9 - 10am (I called back, hoping I would reach an actual employee but got the same answering service again mid-morning). I was going to use KBs due to good reviews on Angie's List, but ended up having to go with another plumber out of necessity.

Description of Work: Repair of kitchen pipes

Description of Work: Walk in shower drain was leaking under the house in the crawl. I wasn't able to remove the floor drain in the shower so called KB. They came right out, fixed the drain which only needed to be puttied up. Didn't take 15 minutes, so they asked if I had any other problems. I asked them to install a new outside spigot. They had to modify some of the water pipe in the crawlspace. Had my own new spigot, so they installed the new one. Total time for both jobs was less than an hour. Believe I got a Senior discount. Good work, nice guys and would recommend them for plumbing to anyone.
