From the first time I met Dean and Ian I knew I could count on them to do a great job. They listened to what I wanted and didn't tell me "I'll do it this way" and not the way I wanted it. I wanted the tile installed under the dishwasher, stove and fridge, other installers said they'd run tile to the edge but not under. Dean and Ian said no problem with what I wanted. It was nice to have them listen. They we're professional and proficient. Dean took the measurements and the next day I had the estimate. They were a little bit higher priced then my other estimates but I felt so good that they listened to me I was sold...I wasn't disappointed with the outcome they did exactly what I wanted and it looks awesome! Day one the first thing Ian did was lay down a cloth to protect my hardwood floor from foot traffic and mud. Demo started at 730 and was done around 3 with all the debris hauled away. Day two was nailing down the staples left behind from the underlayment and completed the backerboard. Day three was a start on the tile, it took longer than expected because we chose an inter -locking tile and it was a bit of a challenge to cut at angles but Ian took his time all the while asking me if I approved of the work being done. I was so pleased he took his time instead of hurrying, the lines are straight from all angles. The tile runs in the kitchen, dining area and hallway. The project was approximately 275 sq ft. The total project took about 4 1/2 days to complete. I'm so pleased I'm going to call them back for my next project when I renovate my master bath.
