It was raining lightly the day that Cali was scheduled to do the work. I was skeptical that the cleaning could be done properly, but they did a great job. The stucco and vinyl siding on the house is completely clean. The concrete driveway, sidewalk and patio are bright and clean. Black streaks and stains on the roof were removed. Dan and his daughter were pleasant to deal with, and did the job skillfully, methodically and efficiently.

Great work, prompt and reasonable. My deck was VERY dirty to say the least and my vinyl fence was also pretty dirty in certain areas. When I came home it looked like I just had a brand new deck installed, amazing! The vinyl fence was also looking like new. Company is now coming back to do my front sidewalk next week. Thank You Cali!!!!!!

Although the power washing looked great, I later that afternoon found some roof shingles that were damaged. I called to get some details as to fixing the damage. They refused out right. The roof repair was as much money as the powerwashing, so I've changed my rating from 5 star down to 2 stars. If you hire this father / daughter team, you need to watch the work being done because they do not step up to fix their damages.

"Wow looks great then it doesnt . I was told a few shingles on the second story 3 to 4 rows up were gone. This customer also had half his siding blown off his house in that big wind storm we had a few weeks prior to us showing up. We would have to be on the roof to reach those shingles. We dont do roof cleaning or touch the roof. We shoot chemical from the ground, we dont go up on ladders. We also do a chemical soft rinse that hits your home with the force of a garden hose. We cleaned his windows they are fine but his shingles 3 or 4 rows up on the second story roof where we dont reach arent. There is no way we did this damage."

Hired Cali Power Washing to do my home. They did an exceptional job. The gutters are nice and bright white and the rest of the house is just wonderful like a brand new home. The side walk looks fantastic too. Excellent job for the price I would highly recommend Cali Power Washing.
