Buyer beware! The salespeople did not inform me of their service policy. If you pick up an item and take it home yourself the store will not provide any in home service if you find it to be damaged or defective when you get it home. You have to bring it back to the store or replace a damaged part yourself at home. Store personnel packaged the unit for me and placed it on my truck. When I got it home I found that the styrofoam used to wedge the sliding doors tight to prevent them from sliding had scratched the finish. The service department said they would order a new door but I would have to figure out how to remove and replace the door. I later discovered that one of the doors would not stay shut but rolled back open due to a defect in the routing of the track. They told me I would have to bring the unit back and they would see if they could fix it. Since it was coming back they offered to install the new door when the replacement arrived. If you pay the delivery charge the store will take the item back to repair or repair it in your home. They do not explain this or inform you when you are given the choice of pick up or delivery. If you want to pick up an item, it becomes your responsibility to examine the item for defects rather than their furnishing you with an item in perfect condition. If the item is heavy, repair of defects you don't discover until you get it home becomes a big issue. When I complained about this, the woman in the service department told me in effect, TS, that's the way it is. This is not the way I want to do business and I would not recommend them.
