Expert Wire Electrical Services

DeShawn and Blayne came to my house and quickly diagnosed the problem as faulty circuit breakers. They then replaced the needed parts in a timely and efficient manner and explained to me what the problem in a way that I could understand. They were great, they solved a problem that had me very, very worried. DeShawn and Blayne both get 5 stars.

Our initial contact to schedule an appointment, talked with Leah. Very courteous, friendly and helpful. Juan and Yunior were the technicians who arrived, assessed the issue with our fluorescent fixture and made a recommendation that we update the fixture, doing away with ballast and using led bulbs for a more economical operation and less repair issues in the future. They were very efficient and also assessed another issue which we had with a light switch that was no longer operating the receptacle. They fixed that as well. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. I give a 5 star rating!

Aaron and Blayne were amazing! They were incredibly professional and clearly skilled electricians. They were hired to install ceiling mounted LED lights in the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom. There were no lights anywhere other than in the kitchen prior to their arrival so they had to measure, drill, run wire, mount electrical boxes and wire molds (concrete ceilings), and finally the light fixtures. They also ran wire and mounted cable boxes. They also mounted a large TV and shelves accessories. Their work is clean, precise and high quality. They took their time to ensure they did their best work. They had a great spirit, communicated effectively, explained what they were doing and seemed to genuinely care. I have nothing but praise for Expert Wire's Aaron and Blayne. I will use them again in the future and will recommend the company to my friends and property management company. Thank you!

Andrew & Adam were wonderful! They arrived on time, provided estimate, did job quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional. They cleaned up afterward and disposed of all trash. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service! Matt K and Younior did a very good job mounting my big screen TVs. They were very professional, courteous, efficient, and thoughtful. They wore masks, shoe covers, and listened carefully to my requests. They even vacuumed my floor afterwards and disposed of the trash and huge boxes. Highly recommend and will definitely use this company again!

Andrew and Nate did a wonderful job. This is the second time we have used Expert Wire and we have already set up a time for installing pendant lighting and to hook up an attic fan. They are very professional and they have always been on time (which is very important to us). I would highly recommend Expert Wire. You will not be disappointed.

The electrician tech Andrew and helper Adam had al necessary equipment to install a very large ceiling fan in my family room that is 18’ high. They successfully completed the install safely and professionally and because of this I would recommend using Expert Wire to anyone that is in need of any electrical service

Matt Evans came out and installed 2 electric outlets for me. He did a great job. He noticed some of the wiring was not to code. And I asked him why. He gave a clear and concise answer to my question. I had some other questions that he answered. He’s very experienced and knows what he’s doing. He also did a great job cleaning up the drywall dust :)

Juan and Aaron arrived at the arranged time and did the expected work. Both were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time we used Experience Wire and highly recommend them.

Aaron and Sean did an excellent job getting all of the tasks complete. They had to squeeze into a tight attic space filled to the brim with insulation to run the electric to the ceiling fan. They were real troopers. They were friendly and went above and beyond to clean up after the jobs. I will definitely be calling Expert Wire in the future (as I have done so in the past) to handle any of my electrical needs.

Juan and Junior were wonderful today. They installed two fans and were very pleasant and respectful. They worked hard and worked around everything going on in our house. Will definitely call Expert Wire next time we need work done.

I just moved into a home that was built in 1987. I initially contacted Expert Wire to hook up the existing Bose speaker system that came with the house. They were able to complete the repair in less than 5 minutes! Since it took so little time, I asked if they would hang a large light fixture that I had purchased. I am forever grateful that I did because they instantly knew that the wiring was completely messed up. This particular outlet would only stay turn on, there was no switch to turn off the power. They ended up staying later than expected (I felt bad for that) but I feel 100% safer knowing that my install was done correctly. I knew that there were going to issues with the wiring in such an old home, I was very surprised to find out about so many safety issues. They took the time to explain and SHOW me where some of the issues were. There was no doubt a potential fire hazard. There was literally an open wire sparking. I will continue to use Expert wire for the remaining issues. They quoted the price prior to any repair and the price didn't change, even with all of the difficulty. I can't think Matt W. and Brian G. enough making me feel safe. I can only hope that Expert Wire send the same team next time! I HIGHLY recommend!

Both times they were called, they came promptly and did the job to total completion. Both men were professional and very helpful and patient in answering our questions. We were so pleased with the finished job and we would not hesitate to call again when needed. The two men who came to do the service were Matt Wathers and Morgan Morsillo.

The guys came on time, and spent about two hours to complete the job. They worked in a efficient and professional manner and were very polite. I do think that $1473.00 was RIDICULOUS FOR WHAT WAS DONE!!!!!! I mean three circuit breakers, three outlet boxes, three duplexes and maybe 50 feet of Romex wire, come on!!!!!

Juan was awesome all the way! Even on Easter Sunday at 8:00 in the morning! Will certainly rehire...

Splendidly! Both Dave B. and Morgan M. should both be awarded a full week's vacation with the highest of accolades, at least being a 5 star rating simply because they are a 24 hour service responding to my emergency on none other than a Sunday night at 10:30PM. Smoke in the bathroom when one is a new house owner is a bit unnerving, and their humor, kindness, politeness, courtesy in addition to their knowledge are all of the hidden soft skills that a new house owner would want. Many thanks, and cheers to their deserved paid time off!

Very impressed with the overall service provided by Expert Wire. I had a problem with 3 outlets which were not working. Our electrical box was the original one from the 1970s and knew we probably needed to have it changed. I initially contacted their office on a Friday to schedule an appointment for early the following week. I got a live person on the line and she was very cordial, professional and helpful. We scheduled the appointment for Monday morning which was excellent! The tech contacted me 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up when expected. He was very knowledgeable. He explained and showed me the issues. What he proposed made sense - changing the box. He gave me a price which was right in line with the price range I’d determined during my research. He was very organized and completed the work. He explained and showed me the finished work. He was very neat, wearing booties over his shoes. I’m very happy with not only the work, but the overall process of working with Expert Wire. I highly recommend them!

The service was excellent! The technician I had (David) was very professional and very knowledgeable. He had a very pleasant attitude and I would use Expert Wire again with no hesitation!

GREAT TECHNICIAN-DAVID BITTELL

It went so well I'm actually writing this review, which I NEVER do. Matt (repairman) was polite and knowledgeable. Fixed an issue I'd been having for over a year that two other electricians couldn't fix or simply over-looked the problem. Andrea was accommodating with scheduling and also very polite. I work in a customer oriented business and look for companies that treat me well along with providing good service. Electricians can be expensive and I thought the amount of the bill was equal to the service received.

5 Stars. Matt K and Brian G came out and gave me an initial quote to do extensive wiring of my renovated basement. They followed up by completing the rough-in, and final installation of receptacles, lights, and smoke detector. They were courteous to a fault, answered all my question, made sure they understood what I wanted, and made suggestions for improvement. The final bill was in line with other quotes that I got. I am pleased with the entire experience, and would recommend Expert Wire to anyone needing electrical work.

Matt K. has done several electrical jobs for me. He is very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and neat. I was always pleased with the work. I have also met Dave and Brian they helped Matt too. Whenever I have called the office Brittany has been very friendly and helpful. Unless it is an emergency they have made me an appointment within 2 days. I tell all my friends about the great people and service I have found with Expert Wire!
