D N Donahue Siding and Windows

I reached out to David to have eleven single pane windows replaced with double hung vinyl replacements. I was very pleased with job David and his team of guys. So pleased, in fact, that I gave them additional work. The additional work consisted of hanging trim throughout the house, staining plus adding a clear coat, and finally, tiling the kitchen floor.

David Donahue and his guys did a great job.  Work looks great and I thought the price was reasonable.  It was a little hard to get him out to my place because he was so busy, but I figure a good contractor should be busy.  I don't want a guy that doesn't have anything better to do.  And my job wasn't an emergency.  David is very friendly and easy to deal with.  Don't hesitate to call him for your job.

They did a great job on the house. Would definitely use again. The price couldn't be beat.

Dave and his crew did an outstanding job.  They even fixed my front door which was installed poorly by another company.

It went well despite some weather challenges. The team worked well together. They provided good attention to detail. Were careful with clean up at the end of each day; this was important due to the nails pulled out from the old siding. Kept up with removing the old material.
It's been about 6 months now since the installation. There's been no reason to call Dave back for any fix, complaint etc. This has been a cold, windy winter; the siding is tight. We're also glad to now have maintenance free siding.

He came out,inspected the house and explained the process. We chose the sample and signed the contact. He started work as soon as the materials were delivered and finished in a timely manner. He and his workers removed all leftover debris from property. We were very pleased.

The window could not open. Mr. Donahue fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional.

It was a pleasure to have Dave and his crew working in our house.  Because of a large second story deck area they had to come thru the house.  They were always careful to roll back the carpeting and did a good job of not tracking dirt into the house.   The work was done quickly and professionally. The paint matched the rest of the house beautifully and was of very good quality. They came when expected and always called if they were concerned about the weather so we knew if they would be coming on a given day or not.

David was recommended to us by a friend of ours and his work has exceeded our expectations.Our neighbors have been emailing and calling us with congratulations on how great our house looks! His attention to detail is fantastic and he goes over what has been done with us every day.His original estimate is coming in very close to the completed price.If he found more damage than he expected,he discussed any possible increase in cost before proceeding with the work.

Because I was very happy with Donahue's work on the patio door, I hired him to replace the rest of the windows and doors. This went very smoothly. I was very happy that I did not have to choose any of the products or make any major decisions. Donahue looked out for me as far as the details of the job were concerned. I had explained my preference for traditional, sturdy, secure, functional products, without paying for fancy appearances. All the products and parts chosen by Donahue met my needs and preferences exactly. The work was done on time and very professionally. I could not have been happier. David Donohue is a very professional contractor who is able to keep track of many details of multiple jobs. He has also given me great advice on jobs that will be performed by other specialists.
