The two workers were on time and very neat. The work was done in a timely fashion. A very professional experience.

Wayne responded to my initial phone call in 2 days; gave me a reasonable quote, showed up on time and completed job timely. He was very careful in my house and cleaned up everything each day. I assume A is best grade 4 not then change my review to reflect the most satisfied.

Wayne & Scott showed up on time. Got right to work. Explained the process as the work proceeded & took special care to ensure the work was to our satisfaction. Finished within the quoted time frame.

Wayne and Scott are very knowledgeable about all things grout related. They arrive on time and take pride in their work. They did such a good job with a kitchen floor that I hired them to do four bathroom floors. Floors look brand new.

Wayne from Grout Fix was on time & extremely knowledgeable about the seepage we were experiencing, as well as mildew build up along the seams. He was extremely professional & reassuring in that the problems would be fixed. Both Wayne & Scott were outstanding in the work that was done.

Great work.  Wayne and Scot arrived on time and went right to work.  Job took 1 1/2 days.  When we did the final inspection Wayne pointed out that he also did the laundry room floor and didnt charge us any extra.  Everything looks great.  They are very meticulous in their work.  They took off shoes before coming in the house and cleaned up at the end of the job.

The owner and his partner ( worker) arrived on time, did a good job; although they are expensive. Could not find anyone in our area to do this work. I think they need some competition.

Came and looked at the job, gave us an estimate and set up a date to do the work. Called the night before to confirm. Arrived on time and stayed until job complete.

This is my second time using Grout Fix Services. I had my kitchen and sunroom done two years ago and loved it so that I did my foyer tile. It makes your tile and grout look like brand new. I would highly recommend them.

He was booked until Jan 2016, but squeezed me in! How wonderful was that.

Wayne and his assistant were on time. They worked for 2 days on cleaning the grout in our shower and floors. They worked greatly and were professional and friendly. The floors and shower look great!

Very good work, bathrooms are now in great shape.   The only quibble is that I let them choose the grout color, and I probably should have reviewed it myself.  It is not bad, but a bit darker than I would have chosen.  But that is on me.

They arrived on time & were finished on time.  Price was good.  This is the second time I called Grout Fix Services.  I was very pleased with the work the first time.  I will be having them return in January, 2016, for more work done.

Wayne did a complete estimate, and gave me a firm date for service. He called the week before to confirm date for work to start. He and his worker showed up on time. They repaired loose tiles/replaced loose grout.  They matched tile and sealer color perfectly, and adjusted color on 2nd day of work after the grout sealer dried and was slightly darker than anticipated. They were neat, clean, professional, and communicated every step of the process.  I was totally comfortable having them work in my house, and was comfortable leaving for work meetings while they were there working.

My wife wasn't present when Wayne did the work, and her reaction on seeing the completed work was very positive- "looks like a brand new floor", "I am very pleased with the work", and "totally worth it".

Excellent work, prompt, pleasant, professional. Consulted on color and needs. Cleaned up all quickly.

Everything is fixed. They had called to confirm appt. They arrived on time and were conscientious about keeping everything clean and neat. It looks one hundred percent better, like new.
