The property is nice; we liked living in the neighborhood and the layout of the townhouse. The office staff are very nice and accommodating. The maintenance is horrible. We repeatedly received notifications that maintenance would be performed during our two stay. Maintenance staff never showed for this maintenance. It is impossible to have repairs done. The office staff will not forward maintenance requests to the maintenance staff and the maintenace staff is absoltely unreachbale. We had to perform all maintenance on the rental property ourselves. The rental agreement requires a security deposit, which is standard; however, office staff will see to it that this is not refunded. I highly recommend that all tenants request to be present during the inspection of the property before you vacate the property. They really took us for a ride. Overall, a nice property, but its such a huge complex, that the staff simply doesn't care about you because they dont need you as you are one of a thousand.
