 + -1 moreMr. Harmer and his assistant did a great job. They completed the job as promised, and before they left, they cleaned up so well it looked like they had never been there. Mr. Construction is by no means cheap, but they do excellent work. They came highly recommended by one of the fussiest people I know. I, too, would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: My Home Owners Association suggested that I have the overhang over my front door inspected to be sure it was installed properly. Other owners in the community have had their overhangs collapse under the weight of snow in the winter. Mr. Harmer came to give me an estimate. He explained the work he'd have to do but said that he couldn't give me an accurate estimate because he wasn't sure what he'd encounter when he removed the soffit on the overhang. He told me approximately how long he'd be here if everything went as he thought it would. On the day of the job, he and his assistant removed the soffit, attached the overhang correctly to the house as it was sagging, put support columns under each side, and added cement footers under the patio pad to support the weight from the columns.
