Owner Don Timlin contacted me within minutes of me submitting an online request for a service visit/quote.
Our sprinkler system is 6 years old having been installed as part of the model home which we purchased as new in 2010.
His technician, Jamie Waltz, was in our development and came over to assess our system and evaluated the work that needed to be done. He made initial repairs and in the process performed an in depth evaluation of our system.
He returned two days later (based on his availability) and proceeded to identify and repair multiple issues with our system, showing and explaining each step of the way.
When all work was complete, it included the repair of a burst main pipe from the house, two breaks in the underground pipes, addition of a blowout valve, repositioning of poorly placed heads to ensure better watering coverage and replacement of 4 bad heads. He then mapped and programmed our control box.
Considering the amount of time and effort that was spent on this I would have expected to spend so much more that what was charged to get the kind of service we received. Being a first time customer they really took care of us in this regard.
We now have a sprinkler system that is operating the way it should be.
They have guaranteed we will be using them for our seasonal start-up/shut-down of the system.
