could definitely be better, timing for inspection did not match as such the inspection was done in the dark. Alex had family issues due to which we could not find a schedule that fit both parties.

Great. The crew showed up on time and completed most of the work in one day. Came back the next morning to finish the gutters and check to make sure they had cleaned up all the lingering detritus. Very professional. Roof looks great.

These guys do a great job. Punctual, courteous and honest. Came over, took care of repairs and gave me an idea of what to expect in the next year or two. None of the scare tactics or up selling gimmicks that certain roofing companies employ out there. Will definitely use him again. Thank you.

A Parker is very competitive cost wise and was willing to work with our insurance company after hail attacked our house in May 2014. By the time everything was negotiated between insurance and the contractor it was July and they were not able to schedule our install until August. Once they were actually at the house the siding and gutters were installed very efficiently and look great. Unfortunately the window that they had ordered was the incorrect type of window for our house and it had to be re-ordered. And then re-ordered again because it came in broken. The original window was ordered in late September and it is now almost thanksgiving and we still do no have our window. I am a very disappointed with this and still don't know when the window will come. Unless something magical happens in the next couple days I would not recommend this provider for window installation. Siding is fine, but windows are a little ridiculous. Will update once there is some sort of resolution.

Alex was very responsive sending me a message when he was still on vacation that he would contact me when he returned. After a few e-mails back and forth he arrived on a Saturday as promised. He was personable and came across as a very trustworthy person. After looking at the roof he gave it to me straight. Due to the age of the shingles he told me not to spend anymore money on the roof until it needed replacement. He said it could last anywhere from 1 to 5 years max depending on weather conditions. He had his roofer caulk a spot in the siding where two roofs met that had been the cause of leaking inside a window. He also repaired a small spot in the roof. He provided an estimate for 3 types of roof replacements and told me the best warranty options. The estimates also included an Angie's List discount I didn't no existed. I always get at least 3 estimates for jobs I need done but I was very impressed with Alex and will factor that into my decision.

It went pretty well. They did a good job and were honest with their pricing. They guarantee their work as well.

I arranged the appointment via email and they showed up on time. All work was done and they even cleaned the leaves off the ground that were blown off the roof. I would use them again for this service.

I had reached out to this provider on Monday morning advised I found him on Angies list and what I needed, i have a hole in my roof and needed to know if someone could assist before the rain came in on Wednesday afternoon. Mr parker said i'm not in the office right now, but i'll check my schedule and call you back in a hour. I didn't hear anything back. I called Mr. Parker again and asked him status, he said i'm sorry i forgot, but i will check with someone and get back with you in a hour and call you back and he apologized for not getting back with me but promised he would not leave me hanging again and that he would definitely call me that night. I said okay. Didn't hear anything, he called the third day and said I may get someone to come to see you today and i'll call you back within the hour, i said within the hour he said yes and i never heard from this man again. I think when it was realized it was a small job and not much money, it didn't matter anymore really so no interest. I would have preferred for this company to have told me i am too busy and can't fit you into my schedule rather than keep putting me off. I was trying to get my roof fixed before it rained Wednesday and kept advising Mr. Parker of this but he kept saying will be back in touch. No more apologies needed.

I love my new roof. Mr. Parker was extremely professional, and explained everything before hand. He went over all of my options, and I choose the option that worked best for me. They did an excellent job on my roof, and they were very neat. I was concerned about debris, nails, etc, based on issues my neighbor had with another roofer. However, I did not have that problem at all. i would definitely recommend A. Parker Roofing.

I was trying to get it scheduled, but he was busy the week that I needed the service. He then was on vacation, I found out at that time that I did not actually need the service. He was very courteous; I just cancelled the service with him.

Never showed up to do the work although he made several dates

They showed up on time and completed all the work. They even did a small porch roof that was not on the original estimate for no additional money. I had 2 minor issues that I brought to Alex's attention and he had his crew fix them to my satisfaction immediately. As far as value for the price I believe they are second to none and would recommend them to anyone.

Alex was a lifesaver! I had been through the wringer with my insurance company and various roofing companies for months, unable to get a quote that even approached what my insurance company was offering. Not only did Alex give me a very reasonable price, but he even charged me a little less than what the insurance company had given me! He was prompt in scheduling appointments and sending me quotes. He sent me multiple quotes, with different quality roofing materials, in order to give me an idea of what I could do to the roof. It took a few weeks for the roofers to come out, but when they were here, they were efficient, polite, and thorough. I am so happy with the service that Alex provided, and I will definitely use him again in the future. What a great experience!

I bought the deal on Angie's list and Alex called me that same afternoon. He called on a Tuesday afternoon and we scheduled the repair for Thursday. I had a leak around the exhaust pipe. They recapped and sealed the exhaust pipe. They also inspected the whole roof and replaced any loose or missing nails. They used screws in the vent cap. They also resealed any place that needed it. A Parker Contracting would be who I would use for any roof repair or replacement.

This is the second time I have used A Parker Contracors. My gutter over my garage had a huge gap where it was separated from the house. So every rain, water would pour from the roof washing away my mulch and causing the base of the wood frames on my garage door to start rotting. That very same day a temporary repair was made to at least stop this from happening as a big storm was predicted for that night. He also noticed that on the rear of my house, the gutters were falling off (I guess I never looked up!). Instead of selling me brand new gutters which would have cost me over 3X what I paid, he said he could repair the ones I have and make them last. The work was completed yesterday and they look great. The yard was also cleared of any debris. Perfect timing as we had rain last night!! The service was so good that I have him coming out to estimate another project and eventually even replace the roof. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I hired Alex and my second stellar review. I only wish there was an option to give a rating of A++! Alex's crew painted my wood siding and wood trim. The house looks amazing - I've received numerous enthusiastic compliments and couldn't be happier! Not only did Alex's crew do a fabulous job, they were professional and friendly. Alex promptly responded to my call and gave me a quote that same day. He got me on his schedule quickly. When his crew arrived, they did everything necessary to protect the brick and windows. They worked long hours to complete the job quickly while not sacrificing on the attention to detail. When all was completed, they did a fantastic job cleaning up. If it wasn't for the beautiful job they did on my house, you would never have known they were there! I will certainly recommend A. Parker to my friends and family. Indeed, when the time comes to replace my roof, we will be calling Alex!

I met Alex through a roof maintenance offer through angles list. He was able to come over the following day which happened to be a saturday. He did an assessment and made a couple fixes for us including a small leak which was the reason we found him. At that time we arranged for him to fix the gutters. We cleaned them and then he re caulked and put better hooks up. We have had no leaks in the gutters since. Great relief as I didn't want to replace them until we re side the house down the road. Alex was clear and open about his work. I will be calling him again.

He inspected the roof and also the inside of the attic ceiling and walls. He determined we still have 3 - 4 more years before we need a whole new roof. He repaired three leaks in our current roof. He didn't accept payment until after the first rain storm to ensure we were satisfied (which we were). He was very professional and caring. He was punctual with returning calls and explained everything that needed to be done very well. We received two other quotes and his was the lowest. Also, we felt the most comfortable with him and felt he would do an honest job. We will definitely use his services again in the future.

Our flat roof on our townhouse had sprung a leak and water was leaking into one of the bedrooms. We called in multiple contractors who gave us varying quotes for replacing the roof. The highest was around $11,000. We contacted Alex Parker based on reviews on Angie's List and he came over and gave us an estimate which we found to be extremely reasonable. The person himself is extremely affable and courteous and advised us that he will try to put on a higher priority list since our roof was already leaking. He started the work less than a week later. He gave us three different option for the material that will be used to replace the existing roof and provided us with the best option for our specific case even though it would make him less money overall. The job was extremely well done. The workers did the work without disturbing my family and replaced the entire roof in two days flat. He even replaced my worn out skylight in the process. A job well done and would highly recommend others use this contractor for roof repairs and replacements big or small.

We were very Pleased! . Hail damage ruined our roof and siding. Alex responded quickly to our request for a quote, and when we selected him he worked quickly to schedule the repairs. He and his worker came on time...they reviewed the roof...fixed couple of minor issues on the roof...explained to us the condition of the roof. In addition, he also provided me estimates for couple of follow-up work I wanted to do. Although I did not use for 1 of the jobs, I plan to use him for the other job whenever my budget permits. He was also kind enough come on a later day to evaluate another problem in my house. Although he does not perform that work, he gave us the guidance and recommendations to contact appropriate people to get the job done. Overall Alex is a very professional guy and I would use his services again!

I purchased the $99.00 roof maintenance package Tuesday evening. Alex promptly called me the next day and set up a time that worked for me.He and his crew came out to my house and went well beyond what the maintenance package called for and they did not charge one penny extra. They corrected all of the problems I was aware of plus some additional ones. They advised me that my roof was now in good shape and needed no further work. I couldn't be happier. I left for work in the morning and came home at 7pm to a beautiful roof. As promised A. Parker installed a new roof on our home in one day, hard to believe!. And they even replaced our chimney cap which had chipped away during winter storms. No extra charge for this!. We are very satisfied with this contractor's services and prices. We called and asked them if they could honor a quote they gave us in Sept. 2013, and they didn't hesitate and even included the chimney cap and flashing not listed in the original quote. We had 4 other quotes in prices ranging from 7500 to 16,000. The lowest price used a lower grade of shingles with a 20 year warranty and higher quotes took several weeks to schedule the first estimate.We are real happy with the results and the price and confident that should we have any issues with our new roof that A. Parker will respond to our needs! They are a family owned business with the father and two sons so we are confident they will be in business for a long time.
