The whole neighborhood is in awe and ah. He was extremely nice, beat everybody else's price, worked fast and neat. If your home needs work and gives you poor sleep, pray to God will help, but He will likely then send Alex to do the work, so you might save time calling him directly, LOL. I will be sure to contact him next time I need stuff done. Three hands down, if I only had three.

Alex was a pleasure to work with,. He painted the foundation of our house and a divider by the door,. His attention to detail is outstanding as well as his work ethic, He did a fantastic job. People keep telling me how great it looks. I am very pleased with his work. I will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend this company,

It was a pleasure working with Alex and his roofers to update our roof. Alex listened to our concerns with our current roof, provided suggestions based on what we said, and worked with us to find the best solutions to our problems. Alex is also just a great guy who cares about the quality of his work as well as his customers. His team of roofers were professional for the 2 or 3 days they worked on the job. My wife and I were very happy with our new roof and look forward to using him again.

I decided not to go with A. Parker due to their pricing was slightly higher than another contractor I decided to use whom also has an excellent Angie's List rating. I will definitely give A Parker an opportunity to quote for replacing my windows next year :)

Alex's team arrived promptly and did a thorough job of cleaning, repairing and prepping the brick and masonry of our home which included two multiple story chimneys and portions of several exterior wall surfaces. The prep and repair work was extremely thorough and that was followed by a sealant and primer before spray painting the surface. We are extremely pleased with the thoroughness and the quality of the outcome. Alex was extremely responsive and his team really did an excellent job. We had received several estimates for this work, some more expensive, some less. What differentiated this company was that Alex knew right away what steps were needed to deal with painting masonry, others had to consult someone else before they could begin to define the work to be done and provide an estimate. We felt the work was fairly priced considering the time and work effort involved. Overall, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I selected A Parker when I already got quotations from other two good vendors, one of them a GAF Master Elite. A Parker's price was not very competitive compared with the other two. But I selected A Parker simply because of its best Angie List reviews. It was a difficult decision at that time. Now looking back, I feel that I have made a good choice. A Parker had a promotion of $6499 for a complete new 2000 sf roof with lifetime warranty. My roof is 2400 sf. The extra area cost extra $1300. With no plan to sell the house in a few years, I asked about a few features that the the other two vendors offered. A Parker's manager Alex offered an upgraded version to include these features at a cost of $2400. So the total price is about $100,000. I am not in a position to make a final judgement of the installation quality now since problems usually occur years later. But I feel very comfortable because (1) A Parker's top Angie List reviews; (2) A Parker's 10 year labor warranty; and (3) GAF's System Plus Warranty. Alex has been very nice, friendly and patient, even though he must be very very busy. When the installation was done, he came to the site to make sure everything was OK. He paid special attention to nails that were not picked up by the magnetic roller. Alex was kind to help me with something not related with re-roofing. He sent a worker to cap my new front door jambs, something a big ventor's contractor did not do but I did not realize until I was told by a few sales people. The A Parker's installation team came on time, worked very hard the whole day. They were very nice people, very friendly and very happy to answer all my questions. I have high respect for their hard work and professionalism. A Parker registered with GAF for my warranty and I received GAF Warranty Letter very soon. I am happy that I have selected A Parker and I will certainly recommend the company to all my friends and neighbors. I am sure the company will continue to keep up its good work and reputation.

We are in the process of purchasing a home and our home inspector noticed some shingles missing from the roof. He recommended we call a roofer out to see what the issue could be. I called Alex based on the numerous great reviews he had and he did not disappoint. I let him know I was under a time crunch (and 2 states away) and needed the report ASAP. He was out there the next day and had me the report by that evening. You can tell that Alex really cares about his customers and his business. That's become a rarity these days. He'll be at the top of my list when it's time to replace/repair our roof.

From the first contact with Al to get the estimate until the work was completed we were pleased with his professionalism and the quality of the work. The estimate was far more reasonable than the other roofing companies we contacted. The workers were courteous and very hard working. The job was completed more quickly than we had anticipated and looks great. The crew did a great job of clean up once the work was completed. We have extensive landscaping around the house and none of it was damaged in the process. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, with the quality of the products used, and with the price. We would highly recommend A. Parker Contracting to anyone needing a new roof or gutters.

He did not deliver on his promise of emailing me an estimate. I followed up with him and I still have not heard from them.

Oh my goodness I've never been so pleased with a contractor. Alex was polite, thorough, informative and provided a quote that he STUCK WITH. The guys who did the work, Esteban and Simon, worked carefully, methodically and HARD. And the house looks so so beautiful! They showed extraordinary attention to detail, taping every little thing that might get paint on it. They cleaned up with the greatest care, even put all my planters back on the deck just where they found them. And they were always pleasant and cheerful. I haven't yet found a drop of spilled paint. I will definitely use them for other wok and have asked Alex for a quote on a window replacement and a minor roofing job. Thank you so much guys. You were there for me when I needed you.

The shingles were a new style and were delayed in delivery. but once on site the job was done quickly and very well. Price was below the competition. Alex Parker is very personable and easy to work with. A good experience

Al Parker gave me an estimate to replace my roof shingles and part of the plywood sheathing. His crew came within a few weeks and did all of the work on a Saturday. They would have come sooner, but rainy weather was slowing things down. Everything went smoothly, including the cleanup. I was pleased with all of the work and highly recommend them.

I'm handicapped and he was very helpful by doing a lot of extra things I wasn't able to do. We were very pleased with his work.

Went really well. Alex Parker extremely nice guy and not out to rob you. Had a few estimates and his price was by far the best price. His workers were very courteous and respectful. They even did some extras for me that they didn't even charge me for. I recently had my windows replaced by Power Home Remodeling Group-I was very happy with the windows and the job they did and was very happy to recommend them, knew I needed gutters and would have gone with them again until they told me I needed a new roof, soffit, fascia as well as gutters at a very obscene price. Mr. Parker was not worried about my roof, said it was in good condition and did not need replacing. Mind you my roof was replaced 9 years ago. Again, Mr. Parker was very honest. If you want a good guy you can trust call A. Parker. I am looking forward to a good rainfall to see how well the gutters perform!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done. I am planning on using him again.

Alex did a great job presenting the process of installing a new roof. The guys did a fantastic job working on our roof and did a very thorough clean up job. We were very happy with A. Parker Contracting and would use them again, and recommend them to our family and friends. Alex is a very professional guy . After the entire roof was replace our house looks like 1 MILLION $$$$$.

Alex and his crew were awesome! Even though the weather wasn't that great Alex still came out on the agreed upon date and was able to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and honest with me about what needed to be done. He did tell me the actual work would have to wait until the weather got a little better but they were able to come out three days later and got it done. I would definitely recommend A Parker Contracting!

They were courteous, polite, neat and completed the jobs in a very timely manner. Al is a very honest, knowledgeable and reliable business owner. They are due to make some repairs and replace my front and side walkways in the Spring and I am looking forward to getting that completed by them.

Alex came out twice to give me an estimate for my roof and to paint my house. The price was great. He was very down to earth, friendly, and he was very knowledgeable. He broke down everything so that I understand it and he also offered to expedite my request to have my roof done right away. Alex gave me the best price out of all the other contractors that came out. I wasn't able to get my roof or painting done because I had something else I needed to take care of ,but I will contact Alex when I am ready. I would recommend Alex to my friends and family. He offers a great workmanship warranty on roofs.

Al Parker was extremely responsive on our initial contact. Came and did repairs. It is unusual nowadays to have someone be as responsive. After the December Noreaster, the leak occurred again. I called Al and he said he would "make it right" and honored his initial deal and immediately sent someone back at no charge to look again. I appreciate the integrity with which A Parker Contracting conducted themselves.

Based on other estimates I received, the one from A Parker was high. Also, one of my neighbors came over to ask him for an estimate and in the middle of my estimate with him, he left to go see my neighbors house. I felt like this was unprofessional and rude.
